Back pain is a common ailment which will affect most people at some point in their life. Back pain can range in type and severity and can be described as an ache, tension, stiffness and everything in between.
Back pain can be caused by numerous things. It often can be a simple case of muscular spasm, which can settle with some gentle exercise, soft tissue massage and relative rest.
